Fine views from our suite added joy to our stay.

The check-in process was annoyingly complicated, especially since the reception for the residence is separate and not clearly marked, which caused confusion upon arrival. We were also disappointed with the lack of English information, including appliances. We only received towels for two people despite having three guests, and the communication barrier made reaching out for help challenging.

the location was favourable, a 10-15 minute walk from a unique edutainment -based aquarium. the staff was accommodating & enthusiastic. the room we had included a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator.

Waking up to the fine views and the spacious layout. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the lively beach.

The main shower door doesn't seal tight, leaving the bathroom floor perpetually damp. Communication proves troublesome, as all documentation is in Korean. There's also a notable lack of towels, with just one large towel provided for two guests. The check-in process is far too convoluted for an exclusive hotel. Reaching reception requires a telephone or downloading KakaoTalk. Lastly, certain amenities, like an operable wine fridge, are conspicuously missing.

The view from the Suite with Beach View was fine, captivating my attention as I woke up each morning. The spaciousness of the apartment. I particularly loved the easy access to the beach, awesome for a carefree day by the sea.

The junior suite had amazing views of Mipo Harbor, was spacious, and very comfortable. The location was ideal, just a short walk to Haeundae Beach and the vibrant local market. I felt at home!

Despite having a fully equipped kitchen that went unused, the location was superb, just a quick stroll to the beach and nearby eateries. The wine fridge was not operational, slightly detracting from the overall experience.

my stay in the junior suite with a fine view allowed for easy walking to the beautiful Haeundae Beach and the tranquil Dalmaji Park, making my weekend exploration of Busan easy while enjoying the proximate local dining options.

Spacious Family Suite with Gorgeous Views!

The family suite was spacious and offered fine beach views, perfect for our family vacation. Unfortunately, no shampoo or conditioner was provided, and beds were too firm for our taste. The front desk staff struggled with English. For future guests, arranged taxi services via an app may save time.

The Junior Suite with Mipo Harbor View was very nice! We adored the amazing ocean view. The apartment was spacious, clean, and quite modern with great amenities, including a smart home panel for easy control of everything. Plus, the location was just a short stroll to the beach and local eateries!
