We were also disappointed with the lack of English information, making it difficult to understand the functionality of various amenities, including appliances. Furthermore, we only received towels for two people despite having three guests, and the communication barrier made reaching out for help challenging.

Lastly, certain amenities, like an operable wine fridge, are conspicuously missing.

The family suite was spacious and offered stunning beach views, perfect for our family vacation. Unfortunately, no shampoo or conditioner was provided, and beds were too firm for our taste. The front desk staff struggled with English, making communication challenging at times. For future guests, arranging taxi services via an app may save time.
